I love legos! I love Google! I combined the both of them into an awesome Lego creation of the Google logo in Legos, complete with the correct colors, serifs on the "l" and the white background!
I even went so far as to create instructions so anyone can make it!
There are 2 formats, html instructions, available here
or a pdf available here The pdf is 2.2mb, but the html is about the same once all the pictures load. I used the LEGO Digital Designer to make the instructions. I was considering taking pictures of it as i was building it, but, i decided against it, cause the camera would have gotten in my way, and when i get in the whole Lego zone, i dont like to be bothered.
The model made with the Digital Designer uses 528 bricks. However, it only uses so many cause for the colors yellow and blue there weren't any basic 2x2 blocks, only 1x4 plates, and those had to be piled up, 6 per block, so it adds up.
