Can I use that?

Usage Rights

I believe that anything you put on the internet should be usable by anyone.  Weather for free, or for a fee that's down to what the content is.

Enterprising people will get what they want for exactly how much they want (free).  And there's little I could do to stop them, so I don't worry about it.

That being said, here are the usage rights for all the content I have.

Photo Rights

All of the photos in the albums under http://steve.deadlycomputer.com/photos are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 3.0 United States License, unless otherwise stated on that album's page.Here's what that means:

• You are perfectly free save those pictures to your hard drive, use them on your desktop, or whatever.
• You are allowed to use them on your blog, in a report, in a paper, or any other personal, or non-profit way, PROVIDED you include a reference to me somewhere in the work.  If it's a blog, or online site, a simple link will suffice.
• You are NOT allowed to use them in any commercial manner.  That means no films, advertisements - print, online, video, commercial websites, or any other for-profit endeavor.  I will find you if you do, trust me.
• If you would like to use them in a commercial manner, you must send me an email with a clear subject explaining who you are, and what photo(s) you want to use, and how they will be used.  I will think about it, and get back to you in a timely manner.
